Despite the ongoing pandemic, they covered a wide range of interesting and important topics during the semester, including: the Utah branch of Decoding Dyslexia and its work to educate K-12 teachers; three religious faiths in Utah that serve worshipers; a profile of three Black-owned clothing businesses; and the body positivity movement.
