ABOUT ME:

A few things about me: I am a lurp, I am an avid Harry Potter fan, I grew up running rivers throughout Utah and Idaho, I have a third-grade sense of humor and I love to read and write.

I originally picked strategic communication as my major thinking I would go into event planning, but I have discovered in the past year just how much I love to write, edit and analyze other peoples’ writing.  This has resulted in my new-found interest in the public relations field.

I find myself practicing my writing and editing skills even in my free time, whether it’s proof-reading my husband’s papers, reading my favorite Steinbeck novel or writing something random on my blog.

Don’t worry, though, I’m not always so boring.  I can also often be found having Nerf gun or paintball wars with my family, hiking in my favorite spots of Utah, watching Criminal Mind marathons with my husband or napping.
